Cancellazione dell'abbonamento

Si ha il diritto di cancellare l'abbonamento in qualsiasi momento.

Se si ha un abbonamento mensile bisogna disdire entro la data del prossimo pagamento (es. se l'abbonamento ha inizio il 15 ottobre, bisogna disdire entro il 15 del mese). I pagamenti vengono presi automaticamente ogni mese dal giorno in cui si effettua l'iscrizione.

Se si ha un abbonamento annuale si hanno 48 ore per recedere e ottenere un rimborso. Per disdire è necessario farlo entro la data del prossimo pagamento (es. se l'abbonamento ha inizio il 15 ottobre, bisogna disdire entro il 15 ottobre dell'anno successivo). I pagamenti vengono presi automaticamente ogni anno dal giorno in cui si effettua l'iscrizione.

È responsabilità dell'utente disdire il pagamento entro i termini sopra indicati, accedendo al proprio profilo, sezione "Modifica" > "Pagamenti".

È possibile passare dal piano mensile a quello annuale in qualsiasi momento: il credito residuo del mese in corso verrà detratto dal totale annuale.

L'abbonamento continua a rinnovarsi automaticamente ogni mese fino a quando l'utente non decide di cancellarlo.

Condizione necessaria per l'utilizzo del voucher, al fine di acquistare un corso di conversazione di gruppo su joenglish.com, è avere, al momento dell'acquisto e della fruizione del corso, un abbonamento attivo su JoEnglish.com. Il voucher non ha alcuna scadenza e non è possibile richiederne il rimborso.

Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.

If you have a monthly subscription, you must cancel it by the date of the next payment (e.g. if the subscription starts on 15 October, you must cancel by the 15th of the following month). Payments are automatically taken every month from the day you subscribed.

If you have an annual subscription, you have 48 hours to withdraw and receive a refund. Voucher Use

A necessary condition for using the voucher, in order to purchase a group conversation course on joenglish.com, is having an active subscription on JoEnglish.com at the time of purchase and use of the course. The voucher has no expiry date and is non-refundable.
