Si ha il diritto di cancellare l'abbonamento in qualsiasi momento.

Se si ha un abbonamento mensile bisogna disdire entro la data del prossimo pagamento. (es. se l'abbonamento ha inizio il 15 ottobre, bisogna disdire entro il 15 del mese) I pagamenti vengono presi in automatico ogni mese dal giorno in cui si effettua l'iscrizione.

Se si ha un abbonamento annuale si hanno 48 ore per recedere ed avere un rimborso. Per disdire devi farlo entro la data del prossimo pagamento. (es. se l'abbonamento ha inizio il 15 ottobre, bisogna disdire entro il 15 ottobre dell'anno successivo) I pagamenti vengono presi in automatico ogni anno dal giorno in cui si effettua l'iscrizione.

E' responsabilità dell'utente disdire il pagamento entro i termini sopra indicati andando sul proprio profilo - modifica - pagamenti. 

Puoi cambiare dal piano mensile a quello annuale in qualsiasi momento - il credito che hai rimasto sul mese sarà tolto dal totale annuale.

L’abbonamento continua a rinnovarsi automaticamente ogni mese fino a quando non decidi di cancellarlo.

Condizione necessaria per l’utilizzo del voucher, per acquistare un corso di conversazione di gruppo su joenglish.com, è quella di di avere, al momento dell’acquisto e della fruizione del corso, un abbonamento attivo su JoEnglish.com. Il voucher non ha nessuna scadenza nel tempo e non è possibile richiederne il rimborso.
